Hello,

It's interesting what you say about vegetable foods. In France is hard to fund good product if you live in a city, except if you want to pay €.
I' m lucky, my job is landscape architect and i can to produce himself fruits and vegetable. It' s important for me to know where come from the foods i eat even if we couldn't to know.

Hey
You raise an interesting point. I have to admit, my mother always insisted on having a garden--and us eating from it. I never liked it, I often felt like we were too poor for "real food". But now, I live on my own and have (what I call) an inside garden. Today I made pasta sauce and used my own home grown thyme and Thai basil.

As a student, I do not eat as well as I should. (that is my excuse, and I am sticking to it!) I find myself making up for my own terrible eating habits with my cat. I buy my cat the best holistic cat food money can buy.

Someone in my small family needs to eat right, might as well be Helvetica!

That is my two cents...
Cheers!
